AI Voice Integration​

OPBX supports connecting answered calls to AI-powered voice agents through two protocols:

  • SIP -- 16 providers including Retell, Vapi, ElevenLabs, and more
  • WebSocket -- Real-time audio streaming for providers like Deepdub

AI Load Balancers allow you to distribute calls across multiple AI assistants using round-robin, priority, or percentage-based strategies with automatic failover.

Auto Dialer​

The Auto Dialer is a complete outbound campaign management system that includes:

  • Campaign creation with scheduling and rate limiting
  • Distribution list management with CSV upload
  • Concurrent call control (CAC) and calls-per-second (CPS) pacing
  • Answering machine detection
  • Real-time campaign monitoring with live statistics
