FAQ

Some commonly asked questions about Cloudonix and its capabilities:

Can I connect any VoIP platform to Cloudonix?

As long as the platform you are trying to connect is using SIP, the answer is YES.
If you are unsure about your scenario, or you believe that your system requires some special security considerations, feel free to reach out to our team via Discord.

What AI Agent platforms do you support?

Currently, the following platforms are supported (via the <Service> CXML verb): VAPI™, ReTell™, Dasha™, Superdash™, Synthflow™ and Ultravox™.

Can I connect my Twilio™ account? how about Telnyx™ or Plivo™

YES, any of the above mentioned services can be connected to Cloudonix. In fact, if you use other platforms, please contact our staff via Discord to have it tested and certified with Cloudonix.

How complex is your system?

Cloudonix is designed to be simple to use, however, depending on your use-case - things can get a bit more complicated from time to time. We've seen customers getting up and running in as little as 10 minutes, and others that required days. We recommend starting with the above quick start guides, for a rapid learning experience.

Can I setup multiple domains and admin users?

YES, ABSOLUTELY!
Cloudonix is designed with agencies and solution providers in mind. As such, each domain that your account holds, can have its own administrator users, who gain access to that specific domain only.

How do you handle PII and PHI securely?

In the best way possible - Cloudonix doesn't require any type of PII or PHI information in order to function.

Do you provide white-labeling or on-premise solutions?

NO, WE DON'T!
Cloudonix provides a comprehensive API to its customers, so while-labeling can be performed by developing your own custom management portal, using our APIs. Cloudonix is a cloud-native platform and spans multiple public cloud providers. As such, providing an on-premise solution will be counter-productive, as customers won't gain the advantages of our global network.
