Profile Settings

Access your profile by clicking your name or avatar in the top-right corner, then selecting Profile.

Personal Profile

The Personal Profile section contains your account information.

Email Address

Your email address is tied to authentication and cannot be changed through the profile page. To change your email:

  1. Contact your organization administrator
  2. Or contact platform support if you are the owner

Password Change

Change your password from the Password section. You must provide:

  • Current password (for verification)
  • New password (must meet complexity requirements)
  • Confirm new password

After changing your password, you will be logged out of all devices and need to log in again with the new password.

Password requirements:

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one lowercase letter
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character

Organization Settings

The Organization Settings section appears only for organization owners. It contains settings that affect the entire organization.

Organization Name

The display name for your organization. This appears in:

  • The browser tab title
  • Email notifications
  • Platform management interfaces

Timezone

Select your organization's primary timezone from over 65 options. Timezones are grouped by region:

The selected timezone affects:

  • Call history timestamps
  • Report generation
  • Scheduled operations
  • Business hours calculations

Choose the timezone where most of your users are located. You can view call times in other timezones through reporting features.
